REMINDERS for preparing for a gemstone layout(s)

• Do remove all jewelry and watches. The exception is jewelry that you never take off, such as wedding rings.

• There can be no other stones in the client field while receiving a layout.

• Do not wear red clothing to a session. This color creates a barrier, muting the stone’s vibrations.

• Clients are to ensure that they do not cross their ankles as this creates a different energy circuit that will interfere with the even distribution of the gemstone layout’s energy. The legs are to be flat.

• Hands are to be placed by the sides of the body.

• For the best results, it is a good idea to avoid red meat and alcohol 24 hours or longer before receiving a gemstone layout.
