What Is Sound Healing:
A therapeutic practice that uses sound frequencies and vibrations to restore balance to the body's energy field. When the body, mind, and spirit are unified in a state of relaxation, all pain can be neutralized.

How It Works:
All things, including our bodies, have a natural frequency. Sound healing uses vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, drums, and tuning forks, to create vibrations that can promote deep relaxation, release emotional blockages, and enhance mental clarity.

Certified Sound Healers, Roslyn N. Carrier-Brault, MA, RMT, UWTH, and William Brault, Min., RMT, UWTH, trained under Laura Sebastian, LMT, LE, of Middletown Sound.
